As a seller, you want the Canadian guy to come to you and buy it just like any other buyer. Let the new owner handle all the export-from-US, import-to-Canada paperwork and administrative costs. Same thing if he wants the car shipped. Shipper comes to you but everything after the car is loaded is the responsibility of the new owner. The paperwork isn't hard, but there are some procedures to be followed and the importer (Canadian) has to do most of it, so you might as well have him (or his broker) do all of it.
